Bethlehem cradled the baby in Mary’s womb
He became our Savior, risen from the tomb–
to save the lost.
Gethsemane’s anguish pressed its clutch
His Father’s heart, He surely touched–
the ultimate cost.
Nazareth succored a carpenter’s son
To a wooden cross, His onus done–
He ransomed us…
from all our sins.
Heavenly hosts descended below
He would be raised up, God’s will to show–
He is the Lamb…
O come, Emmanuel, this holy day
Bless our Nativity Feast we pray–
He is lifted up…
God’s priceless love.
